Jemade Palmer Property Consultants Ltd has been shortlisted for Supplier of the Year: Independent Surveyor at The Negotiator Awards 2026.
The Negotiator Awards recognise firms working across the residential property industry, and the Independent Surveyor category looks at the practices estate agents and their clients rely on. Being shortlisted means the way we work has been judged against the rest of the field and holds up.
We think it comes down to how we do the job rather than anything clever. We turn reports around within five working days. We telephone you to talk through what we found before anything is written up. And we use aerial photography to inspect the roofs, chimneys and high-level brickwork a standard inspection never reaches, so defects that would otherwise stay hidden end up in your report with the photographs to prove it.
That applies across everything we do: RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys, RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, defect surveys and snagging inspections for new builds and major extensions, for clients across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.
